Our Christmas break is over and we’re back in the swing of things over here in the very chilly MN weather, but it seems it’s that way nearly everywhere! So we start of the new year with Rich and Michelle’s wedding at Cuvée. It’s a bar/lounge/venue in Milwaukee’s historic district. It’s pretty awesome with the exposed brick, lighting, and a very cool vibe. As I mentioned in Rich and Michelle’s sneak peak, Rich is my cousin and we couldn’t have been happier to have photographed their wedding. Not only were we so excited and happy for them, I have such an awesome family so it was tons of fun. Michelle has been around the family for awhile now (7ish years, I think!) and we’re so happy she’s now officially part of the family. Michelle has a great sense of humor and we look forward to many more memories with the two of them. If only we didn’t live so far away! Yes, Rich and Michelle were married in Milwaukee, but they really live out east in Baltimore. Cheers to the newlyweds!
It was so windy and cold on their wedding day! We only went outside 3 times and it was in about 5 minute increments! So glad everyone put up with the weather though, since Milwaukee was such a fun city. I can only imagine what it would be like to photograph there on a nice warm day!
Rich and Michelle’s niece, Charlotte is such a ham. We photographed her this summer for her 1st birthday photos and while she didn’t actually go down the aisle too well (I won’t post the photos, but she got a little intimidated with all the people looking at her), she was so cute the rest of the day!
The room was packed, but isn’t it such a neat venue with the brick, windows, and lights!?
Love this photo!
Rich and Michelle have a boxer-Mason. He was the first to sign their guestbook. It said, “Ok, you’re hitched…now come pick me up. I hate the kennel. Love, Mason.” I just knew boxers were so talented!
These two cousins (also part of my very large family) seriously danced together the entire night!
They had some nice moves!
Congrats Rich and Michelle!
